Equipped with independent crawler tracks that can turn in very tight spaces. The weight of the Skipper is completely unloaded on the stairs without ever leaving traces. It can be controlled with a joystick, and the operator can change the track direction at any time. It is no longer a problem when space in height is lacking - with the new Skipper stair climbing trolley, there is always a solution.

Skipper is London Underground Approved

The stair climbing trolley Skipper is the only one authorised to operate in the London Underground stations. Approval was obtained after numerous tests required to pass the strict and selective standards required by London Underground.

Skipper was also considered suitable for use on escalators since the crawler track unloads its weight on multiple points of support, without exceeding the foreseen load limit, providing operator safety.

Non-Marking Crawler Tracks

The special non-marking crawler tracks let you use the equipment on any surface, even unfinished surfaces. In addition, the weight is always on the staircase, so the operator does not need to keep it balanced.

Height Adjustable Base (0 - 18cm)

The base of the new Skipper can be adjusted to 4 height positions:
Ground floor
Position 1: 4.5cm from ground floor
Position 2: 9cm from ground floor
Position 3: 13.5cm from ground floor
Position 4: 18cm from ground floor
